Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We love to make you happy! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To make a return:

• Notify us within 14 days of the delivery date for US orders
• Return within 30 days of receipt
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Serenity’s Faves and Love & Appreciation Gifts’ discretion to determine if the returned item has been soiled. If an item is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for return or merchandise credit. Serenity’s Faves and Love & Appreciation Gifts cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled items.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of personalized, clearance, or sale items.

Please email admin1@serenitysfaves.com to start your refund process. Please include proof of purchase and your details. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refundable.
